He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Peckham and JoAnn Spear; and his children, Rebekah and Jason. He is survived by: his children, Mike Peckham (Valerie) and Paula Peckham (Matthew Olson); his grandchildren, Raymond, Jordan Jentz, Breanna, Brendon, Noah Seif, Brooklyn Peckham and Riley Peckham; his great grandchildren, Charolette Thomas and Oliver Smith; and his siblings, Lynn Harrington, Dawn Hoffman (Terry), Sue Wright, Denise Becker and Charlie Peckham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
