We bid farewell to Steve A. Wallis of South Beloit, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 21, 2024 at the age of 63. Steve touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Wallis and Vinus Wallis (Hogue); and his brother Charlie Wallis. He is survived by: his wife Sharel Wallis; his children, James Wallis of Rockford, IL, Amanda Swanson (Kyle) of Rockton, IL, Heather Hedrington (Brandon Moore) of Roscoe, IL, Joey Champlin of South Beloit, IL and Courtney Brittain of Beloit, WI; his grandchildren, James Jr., Alyssa, Terry, Amara, Reece, Moses, Ayden, Elijah, Amelia and Parker; and his brother Scott Wallis.
