He was predeceased by: his parents, Rungvald Erickson and Marie Erickson (Byrd); his children, Betty King and Gary Bell; and his sisters, Patty Carey and Betty McCallister.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Laursen; and his children, Rick Bell (Jayann), Vicky Meserole (Mike), Larry Bell (Emily), Sandy Ingram and Tammy Bell (Shawn). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
