He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Millard and Dorothy Millard (Beavis); his son Todd Thorpe; and his brothers, Gerald Millard, James Millard and Thomas Millard.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Millard (Rick), Deborah Gorter (Dean), Nickole Wells (Chad) and Jamie Breen (Michael); and his sisters, Kathy Smith (Doug) and Janice Toles. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
