He is survived by: his parents, Noble Sr and Marie Burrow Sr. (Corter); his wife Patricia Burrow of South Beloit, IL; his children, Louise Block (Paul) of Randall, MN, Eddie Burrow of South Beloit, IL, Terri Hess (Adam Gentry) of South Beloit, IL and Noble Burrow of South Beloit, IL; his grandchildren, Thomas Block (Theresa Tveit), Jonathan Block (Anna Sturges), Noble J. Burrow, Matthew Cross, Kristen Burrow, Matthew Hess (Ashley Valenzuela), Noah Burrow, Nathan Burrow, Nolan Burrow and Ethan Gentry; his great grandchildren, Kyleigh Opatz, Gunder Block, Emma Block and Zoe Stewart; his sisters, Emma Smith of Channahon, IL, Clara Johnson Overland Park, Wanda Sue Watkins (Barry) of Stillman Valley, IL and Phyllis; and his aunt Betty "Rachel" Congdon (Marvin) of South Beloit, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
