Leslie A. Monroe Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leslie A. Monroe of South Beloit, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Monroe (Copus) and Robert Monroe; his siblings, Jeffrey, Danny "Boog" and Shelia Stout; his nephews, Adam and Danny; his aunt Ruth Markin (Bill); his in-laws, Ken and Kelly Tuttle; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth "Butch" Tuttle and Jacki Younkin.
He is survived by: his wife Luanne Monroe; his children, Stacy Christianson (Brian), Todd Monroe (Jenny) and Amanda Schnack (Louis); his grandchildren, Nicholas Monroe, Kenneth Monroe, Kyal Christianson, Montana Monroe, Maddex Schnack and Berklee Schnack; his great grandchild Indi Monroe; his brothers, Lyle Monroe (Carol) of South Beloit, IL and Randy Monroe (Quanita) of Beloit, WI; his brothers-in-law, Glen Stout and Kirby Younkin; his close friend Jim Glackin; and his pet Jewel "JuJu". He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends; dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the The Birch Room (3807 S Riverside Dr, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in his name will be established at a later date.
