It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Jensen of South Beloit, Illinois, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laura Jensen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Carr and Tessie Carr (Troxel); her husband Donald Jensen; her grandchildren, Brenda Hanson and Mark Wood; and her great grandchild Emma Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Hosey (Jim), Bill Pohl (Jo Ann), Sharon Burnett (Bobby), Merri Boos (Mark) and Elizabeth Carmen; her grandchildren, Michele Wood, James, Brian Hosey, Keith Pohl, Emily Larson, Cory Burnett, Jason, Nichole Nichols, Eric Carmen, Ashley Dougherty, Tonya and Scott Heath; her father-in-law Larry Jensen (Pat); and her close friend Lisa Kafalenos. She is also survived by twenty-three great grand-children and one great-great grandchild.
