He is survived by: his siblings, Otis Garrett Jr. of South Beloit, Illinois, Dyan Black (Frank) of South Beloit, Illinois and Terry Garrett (Teena) of South Beloit, Illinois; his aunt Sarah Hereford of South Beloit, Illinois; and his friends, Sylvester "Tuffy" Davis, Pee Wee Buchanan, Bernard Bray and Effie Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
