He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kellogg and Maxine Kellogg (Windsor); his brother Michael Kellogg; his stepbrother Michael McQuaid; and his brother-in-law Mark Bittrick.
He is survived by: his wife Enkh "Annie" Kellogg; his son Chad Kellogg (Jami) of Beloit; his grandchildren, Jaci, Savannah, Mizahna and Noble; his child Lacy Kellogg of Janesville; his grandchildren, Jackson, Braxton and Addison; his great grandchildren, Zula Westbrook (Jacob) of Roscoe, IL, Eba (Ujin) of Elgin, IL and Karla Bittrick (Kellogg) of Wayzata, MN; his siblings, James Kellogg (Tina) of Cape Coral, FL and Michelle Hernandez (Angel) of Barrington, IL; his stepfather Larry McQuaid of Barrington, IL; his stepsiblings, Mary Jo Ray (Ronnie) of Clarksville, TN, Linda McQuaid of Castalian Springs, TN, Joyce Williams (Chris) of Gallatin, TN and Tyvshin of Rolling Meadows, IL; and also, Temka, Ava, Mandy, Sky and Sury. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
