He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Blair and Bernice Blair (Miller); his brother-in-law Donald Kiser; his father-in-law Larry Gustina; and his nephews, Allen and Daniel Kiser.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Blair of South Beloit, IL; his children, Brian Blair (Sarah) of Westfield, IN and Shelly Carson of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Delaney, Colin Blair, Andrew Carson and Allison Mulder (Jeremy); his sister Jeneane Kiser; his mother-in-law Dorothy Gustina; his son-in-law Jim Carson; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Gustina (LaRay) and Wayne Gustina (Prisha). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials in his name may be made to St. Croix Hospice.
