He is survived by: his children, Jim Penna, Patty Hall (Rick), Liz Bleers (Frank) and Laura Penna; his stepdaughter Angie Pitman (Dave); his grandchildren, Frank, Ramon, Ana, Sandra, Mike and Jack; and his sisters, Flora Johnson and Margaret Lopez. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name.
