He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Harper and Vera Rose Harper; his wife Deb Harper; his brother Doyle "Lucky" Harper; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Stewart, John Dunham and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Stewart (Paul), Kelly Reyes (Angel Carlos), Chad Harper (Dawn) and Ejay Harper (Jody); his grandchildren, Ashley, Charlie, Brisa, Raider, Zachary, Emily, Damion and Shayla; his great grandchildren, Souren, Indra, Harmony, Phoenix, Felicity and Linkoln; his siblings, Edna Bond (Larry), Mary-Ann Stewart, Winnie, Bea Dunham, Reba Mineff (Steve), Linda Radke (Carl), Vera Lutz (Jim), Clarence Harper (Sebrena) and Bud Harper (Wanda); and his pets, Bertha and Tubby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
