He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Wallis and Maggie Jean Wallis (Hogan); his son Charley; his siblings, Minor, Addison "Scatter", William "Bill", Waymon "Sot" and Nancy Pinnon; and his aunt Mary Emma Patterson.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Wallis (Sharel) and Scott Wallis; and his grandchildren, Amy Waeffler (Dennis), James Wallis (Gaby), Amanda Swanson (Kyle), Heather Hedrington (Brandon Moore), Joey Champlin, Meagan, Marcus, Mariah, Kritzofur Wallis, Courtney and Joey Brittain. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
