With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Partlow of South Beloit, Illinois, born in Beloit, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 11, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Viviene Schultz (Whitinger); and her husband Philip Partlow. She is survived by: her father William A. Schultz; her son Carson Philip (Crystal Partlow); her grandson Brayden of Roscoe, IL; her siblings, Lynette Schultz Moreno (Mario), Larry Schultz (Nancy) and Dean Schultz (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Anastasi and Linnea Osborne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be made to the family.
