He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Henthorn and Lillian Henthorn (Plymale); his son Danny Henthorn D'Andrea; and his brother Bill Burns. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Mackiewicz; his granddaughter MaKayla; his sons, Chet Mackiewicz (DeAnne) and Nick Mackiewicz (Lora); his grandchildren, Michael, McKenna and Jillian; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Burns-Allen and Terry Burns (Marlene).
