He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Qualizza and Antonia Qualizza (Jussig). He is survived by: his wife Meda Qualizza; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Boschi and Francis Guerin; and also Rudy Clemencig. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
