He was predeceased by: his uncle Roy Hormig; and his mother-in-law Anne Hoerner. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Hormig and Jacqueline Hormig (Huebner) of South Beloit, IL; his wife Sara Hoerner; his children, Stephanie Lynn Hormig of Beloit, WI, Michael Brad Hormig (Katie) of Machesney Park, IL and Kelly Anne Hormig of Rockford, IL; his brothers, Brian Hormig (Lori) of Cross Plains, WI, Dan Hormig (Marcia) of Windham, MN and David Hormig of South Beloit, IL; and his friend Sara Hormig. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
