She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cummings and Pearl Cummings; her husband Frank "Foxman" Muth; her daughter Dawn Sokolik; her grandsons, Gregory Muth, Leo Sokolik III and Taylor Olson; and her sisters, Imogene Ehorn (Art), Eunice Acketz (Francis) and Delores Coyle (Charles).

She is survived by: her children, Dean Muth (Sue) of Oregon, WI, Dennis Muth (Denise) of Orfordville, WI, David Muth (Mary) of Madison, WI, William Muth (Donna) of Janesville, WI and Diana Reed (Paul) of South Beloit, IL; her son-in-law Leo Sokolik of Janesville; her grandchildren, David "Tony" Muth, Heather Bartelt (Greg), Kristopher Muth (Prue), Jessika Offerdahl (Dan), Korey Butler (Becky), Jamey Butler (Stacy), Nicole Jordan (Danny), Casey Muth (Tamsie), Angela Renteria (Juan), Andria Olson, Brianna Chaves (Drew), Jake Muth (Rachel), Michelle O'Neal (Preston), Kristina Nichols (T. J.), Jamie Reed (Tracy), Cheri Peterson (Brian), Christy Hoppe, Jessica Szopinski, Jeremy, Daniel and Kyle Cliver; and her brother William Cummings (Mary Ellen). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church or to Moose Charities.
