We bid farewell to Alan R. Hubb of South Beloit, Illinois, born in Freeport, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 8, 2024 at the age of 63. Alan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Hubb and Eileen Hubb (Crofoot); his son Tyler Hubb; and his father-in-law Ron Lock. He is survived by: his wife Debra Hubb; his son Adam Hubb (Tori) of Wisconsin Rapids; his brother Larry Hubb (Leisa) of Stockton, IL; his nieces and nephews, Avery, Logan Melby, Brianna, Caitlin Hill, Jenna Ambrose, Karl, Kyle Hubb, Dakota, Denver Isbell, Harley and Andy Dilley; his aunt Marian Tabor (Ed Hawley) of Freeport, IL; his uncle Dale Hubb (Margaret); his parents-in-law, Maurine Lock (Paul Blakeman) and Gary (Cathy Melby); his siblings-in-law, Gregg Melby (Kristy), John Hill (Jill), Donna Ambrose (Chad), Dawn Dilley (Duane) and Stacy Jones (Andy); and his friends, John Morrow, Gabe Tyree, Dawn Hendricks and Dave Gavin.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date for a scholarship in Al's memory for South Beloit High School.
