He is survived by: his daughters, Candace Caveny (Tim) of O'Fallon, IL., Stephanie Hilliard of O'Fallon, IL. and Holly Campbell of O'Fallon, IL.; his grandchildren, Logan, Kyle, Allison Blake, Sierra, Luke Hilliard, Taylor Clayborn, Dalten, Ronald and Harley Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Clayton and Payton Blake.
