He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Northcutt. He is survived by: his mother Marie Palmer (Stevens); his stepfather Troy Palmer; his children, Matthew Northcutt of Carlinville, IL, Tricia Smith (Matt), Tiffany Northcutt of Litchfield, IL and Skyler Young-Northcutt of Florida; and his siblings, Mark Davis of Mt. Olive, IL and Ann Estes (Bill) of Litchfield, IL.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
