He is survived by: his parents, Dennis L. Cruthis of Sorento and Paula A. Cruthis (Cassell) of Livingston; his grandfather Gerald Cunningham of Staunton; his brother Zachary Bowles (Alishia Hansel) of Mt. Olive; and his nephews, Levi Eckhardt and Carson Hansel.
