She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Carlock and Mary Carlock (Criner); her husband Melvin E. Castleman; and her son Roger Ellsworth. She is survived by: her sons, Allen Ellsworth (Marsha) of Donnellson, IL and Tim Ellsworth (Kim) of Donnellson, IL; her grandchildren, Kelly Ellsworth, Keith Ellsworth, Kim Smith, Tina Powell, Natalie Bellovich, Carrie Gass and Nicole Shomaker; and her sisters, Jewell White, Wanda Compton, Nelda Adkisson and Melba Lee Olson. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital.
