Shirley E. Lee Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley E. Lee of Somonauk, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lee and Anna Lee (Goslar); her husband Willard; her daughter-in-law Lisa Lee; and her sister Wilma Heines.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Merle (Thomas) of Crystal Lake, IL, Mark Lee of Somonauk, IL and Charles Lee of Somonauk, IL; her grandchildren, Pamela Evenson (Alex), Andrea Zondag (Jeremy), Rebecca Lee, Katelyn Merle and Matthew Merle; her sister Maxine Johnson of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Davis of Colorado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church in Somonauk or Our Sharing Pantry.
