He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Shaw and Mattie E. Shaw (Bland); his wife Deanna Lynn; and his brother George Allen Shaw. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Cummings (Brad) of Somonauk, IL and Micah Shaw (Juleigh) of Travelers Rest, SC; his grandchildren, Trenton, Madison, Evan, Myleigh, Clayton, Jaden and Jeremiah; and his sister Janet Shaw of Williamsburg, VA..
