It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane T. Caseley M. D. of Somonauk, Illinois, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Donald Caseley and Mary Elizabeth Caseley (Gorrell); her parents-in-law, Margaret and Fred Levendusky; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Levendusky, Ronald Lutzke, Greg Gates and Ed Farah.
She is survived by: her husband Neil Levendusky; her brother David G. Caseley (Shirley); and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Lutzke, Janice Levendusky, Diane Farah, Mary Gates, Roger Levendusky (Jennifer) and Brian Levendusky (Carol).
