She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fajdich and Mary Fajdich (Matkovich); her husband Richard R. Kocek; and her brother Joseph Fajdich. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Kocek, Jr. of Sheridan, IL and James Kocek of Lyons, IL; her grandchildren, Richard J. Kocek (Alysa) of Downers Grove, IL and Serina Kogut (Chris) of Stickney, IL; her great grandchildren, Mason, Harper, Nora and Hannah; her sister Mary Spielman of Pinellas, FL; and her sister-in-law Hilda Kocek of South Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Fox Valley Older Adults, Valley West Community Hospital in Sandwich, IL or the charity of one's choice.
