She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Davis and Lorene Davis; her husband Raymond Cook of Leland; her daughter Karen Cook; her grandson Chad Hutchinson; her siblings, Mary Lou Harms, Larry Davis, Jerald Davis, Garry Davis and John Davis; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Stout, Charles Cook (Alyce), Elmer Cook (Marge) and Judith Sebby Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Cook (Dawn) of Malta, Steve Cook (Carol) of Sycamore and Kristi Magnotti (Bruce) of Plano; her grandchildren, Krysta Olson, Trevor, Darren, Lindsay Magnotti, Emily, Amanda Cook and Austin Cook; her stepgrandson Bradley Garrett; her great grandchildren, Faith McCombs and Carver Magnotti; her siblings, Janet Stout and Leroy Davis (Barbara); and her sisters-in-law, Irene Yingling, Tina Davis and Millie Davis.
