He was predeceased by: his parents, John Charles and Dorothy "Leone" Voss (Morel); his wife Barbara J. Sherman; his children, Christopher Dean, Cathy Jo and Cindy Conley; and his sister Joanne Olson (Robert).
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Maser of Sandwich, IL and Christine Kirk (Chris) of Roundup, MT; his son-in-law Michael Conley of Somonauk, IL; his grandchildren, Natalie, Christopher, Sada, Jesse and Nikita; and his great grandchildren, Annalise, Andrew, Vivian, Corbin, Jameson and Addison. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephew, and many lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church or Cole's Camp.
