He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Todd and Edna Todd (Johnson); his wife Lora Mae McDowell; his siblings, Cedric Todd, Dan Todd and Mirinda Oleson; and his children-in-law, James Lund, Gerald Childers and Kimberly Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Childers of Phoenix, AZ, Patricia Lund of Pontiac, IL, Deborah Larson (Kurtiss) of Earlville, IL and Cecil Wayne Todd Jr. of Glendale, AZ; and his sisters-in-law, Monica Todd of Oregon, IL and Mary Ellen McDowell of Leland, IL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
