Robert Kalert Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Kalert of Smithton, Illinois, who passed away on June 12, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Gene Allan Kalert; his grandson Matthew Orlet; his great grandchild Hallie Orlet; and his brother-in-law Richard Inman. He is survived by: his wife Joan M.; his children, Mary Gomez (Steve), Dawn Orlet (Tim) and Robert II Kalert (Karen); his grandchildren, Garrett Gomez, Danielle Gomez, Timmy Orlet, Ashley Gomez, Michael Gomez, Travis Skiles and William Thayer; his great grandchildren, Victoria Gomez, Kole Gomez and Emma Orlet; and his sister Mary Jo Inman.
