He is survived by: his children, Katie Phillips (Jeremy Gibson), Matthew Phillips and Megan; his sister Ann Doyle of St. Louis, MO; his siblings-in-law, Alice Koritta (John) and Frank Mottola; his granddaughter Emma Abbigail; his great grandchild Amari William Baby; his nephew Steve Tim Seamus; his niece Lisa; his godson Brenden; and his children, Jeremy, Karen, Alice, John, Frank, Ann and David.
