He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Mascee; his grandparents, Joseph and Opal Marshall; his sister Cheryl Hancock; his nephew Lew Muyleart; his niece Louellen Muyleart; and his uncle Gary Marshall.

He is survived by: his daughter Hunter Marshall of Okawville; and his siblings, Donald Marshall (Jean) of Freeburg, Patrick Marshall (Charlene) of New Athens and Joan Bussen of Smithton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
