We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Marjorie I. Barnes of Smithton, Illinois, born in Star City, Arkansas. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Waters and Nellie I. Waters (Coleman); her husband Billy L. Barnes; and her brother Johnny Waters. She is survived by: her son Billy A. Barnes of West Frankfort, IL; her granddaughters, Alisa Fitzgerald of Rolla, MO, Heather Barnes McCoy (Bryan) of Louisiana and Melissa Kite (Brian) of Caseyville, IL; her nephew Lee Allen; and her niece Alisa Allen. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
