He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Louis and Clela Pauline Wenger (Godwin); his sister Phyllis Wenger; and his brother-in-law Jim Brown. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Wenger (Ring) of Smithton; his sons, Larry Dean Wenger (Cheri) of Waterloo, Gregory Wenger (Heather) of Waterloo and Jeffery Wenger (Jessica) of Sahuarita, AZ; his stepchildren, Albert, Mike, Jerry, Perry, Dana, Daman and Rachel; his grandchildren, Justin, Bailey, Jillian and Josh Wenger; his stepgrandchildren, Aliza, Aleigha, Perri Lynn Cory, Morgan, Mikayah, Blake, Kaylee, Dale, Ashley, Dalton, Briana and Megan; and his siblings, Irma Kelly-Brown of Jonesboro, Joyce Boyer of Cape Girardeau, MO, Debbie Halderman (Steve) of Jonesboro and Terry Wenger (Debbie) of Jonesboro. He is also survived by 6 step great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home (301 W Spring St, Anna, IL 62906). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Beech Grove Cemetery South Hutchins.
