He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Lee and Patricia A. Lee (Karabec); and his brother Terry Wayne Lee. He is survived by: his wife Pamela K. Lee of Smithton; his children, Nicole Koch Jr. (Fred) and Jeffrey Lee (Margaret); and his sister Debra Schwartz (Stephen) of Fairfield.
