We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2020, at the age of 84, Geraldine M. Galle of Smithton, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Larry; her daughter Jeri Lynn Shackelford; her parents, George English and Margaret English; and her sister Jacqueline Adkins (Dwayne).
She is survived by: her children, Larry Galle, Jr. (Carla) of Columbia, IL, Cindy Trout (Jack) of Bonita Springs, FL, Maggie Henry (Bruce) of Brighton, CO and Tina Harper (Craig) of New Athens, IL; her son-in-law Kenneth Shackelford of Millstadt, IL; her grandchildren, Dr. John Galle (Emily), Andrew Galle, Matthew Krekorian (Brennan), Emily Teater (Shane), Kenny Shackelford, Lucas Harper and John Harper; her great grandchildren, Myla Galle, Katherine Galle, Logan Galle, Gwyneth Galle, Evelyn Teater, Eleanor Teater and Tyson Teater; and her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Galle and Mary Lou Galle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
