He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbin Baldwin and Evelyn Baldwin (Bowden); and his son Raymond Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Harriet Jane Meyer; his children, Kevin Baldwin (Karen) of Tennessee, Geneda Bauman of St. David, Illinois and Carol Kurtenbach (John) of Roberts, Illinois; his grandson Joshua Wallick (Mandy) of Canton; and his children, Marcus Dams (Melissa) of Champaign, Serenity Wallick of St. David, Caressa Postin of Florida, Lakendra DeRenzy (Drew) of Canton and Clinton Baldwin of Tennessee. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Smithfield Nazarene Church.
