With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelya Polyakova of Skokie, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Valentin; and her child Gene Polyakov. She is survived by: her child Yakov (Raisa); her grandchildren, Dmitriy, Galina and Yevgeniya; and her great grandchildren, Faye and Brandon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
