He is survived by: his spouse Inna Polyakov; his child Dmitry Polyakov (Mara); his grandchildren, Norah and Malia; his brothers, Boris Polyakov (Luda) and Alexander Polyakov (Rita); and his sibling-in-law Gennady Koyfman (Sofia).
