She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Usen; her parents, Samuel Levy and Bess Levy; her siblings, Arthur Levy (late Ida) and Frances Balter (late Joseph); and her siblings-in-law, Audrey Warsaw and Eddie Usen.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Usen (Debby), Julie Salk (Zeke), Grammie Matie (Edan Lisk) of Brett, Mallory Usen (Stephen Valenta) and Travis Salk; and her great grandchild Zev.
