She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Payuk and Charlotte Payuk. She is survived by: her husband Todd Zweig; her children, Dr. Aaron Zweig and Hannah Titus; and her children-in-law, Dr. Luisa Bonilla Hernandez and Jordan Titus.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (9900 Gross Point Rd, Skokie, IL 60076).
