He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rachel and David. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Sandra, Meira and Michael Chefitz; his brothers, Allen Chefitz (Elisheva), Harry Chefitz (Dalya) and Daniel Chefitz (Devorah); and his cousin Joel.
