He is survived by: his parents, Paul Perlin and Marilee Perlin; his siblings, Michelle and Greg; his children, Sam, Luke and Elle; his sister Megan; his nieces and nephews, Reily and Dylan; his sister Anne (Ed); and his nieces and nephews, Jackson, Parker and Camden. He is also survived by friends, coworkers.
