He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan and Ida; his parents-in-law, Ron and Joyce; his brother-in-law Jack; his cousins, Jay, Renee, Ronald, Sharon and Sherrie; and his friend Joyce.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Eriksen; his cousin Marc (Meredith); his stepmother-in-law Judy; his sister Marlene; his niece Stephany; his great-niece Sydney; his cousins, Barbara (Paul), Betty (Robin) and Joel (Sharon); his close friends, Greg, Audrey, Josh, Carrie, Mitch, Ann, Michael, Joan, Neil, Amy, Paul, Kitty, Steve and Cindi; and also, Jim and Jean.
