He was predeceased by: his parents, Archivies Jean Jacques and Marcel Pierre-Jacques; his sister Efortane Pierre-Jacques; and his wife Louise Claudette Pierre-Jacques. He is survived by: his children, Gems Pierre-Jacques and Judith Pierre-Jacques (Elcock); his siblings, Argentine, Francine, Joel, Frederic, Gerard, Marcel Fils and Emmanuel Pierre-Jacques; and his children, Jean Alphonse, Joseph Fritz, Darline, Marie Lourdie and Alfred Fils. He is also survived by his many grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, or the Alzheimer's Association.
