She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Williams and Tessie Williams (Johnson); and her husband Preston Jerry Parks. She is survived by: her children, Mervin Parks of New Haven, Delbra Gothard of Norris City, Mary Ruth Parks of Simpson, Sanford, Dewayne and Renee. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
