He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Arnold and Kathleen Arnold; his son Samuel James Arnold; his sister Danielle Maureen Canup; and his aunts and uncles, Eugene Butler, Hobart Arnold, Astin Arnold, Paul Arnold, Lester Johnson, Peggy Arnold, Nell Googin and Della May Johnson Hayes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela McKenzie of Indianapolis, IN and Christine Ader of Homer Glen, IL; his siblings, Lester Arnold of Simpson, IL, Marilyn Faye Lewis of Olive Branch, MS and Sharon Kaye Britton of Little Rock, AR; his grandchildren, Brandy Ferguson (McKenzie) and Benjamin Guy (McKenzie); and his great grandchildren, Daemon Guy and Brody Ferguson.
