He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Dean and Betty Ann Hatz Milburn; and his brother Bob "Turk" Milburn. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Milburn (Stacy) and John Milburn (Misty); his granddaughter Ashley Smith (Jacob); his great grandchild Alice Smith; and his sister Barbara Melillo.
