He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lammers and Marian Lammers (Linquist); his in-laws, Joe and Mary Ann Theis; his brother Ben; his son-in-law Richard Nechanicky; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Theis, Dan Theis, Marney Lammers, Carol Theis and Marilyn Steffensmeier.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Theis; his daughters, Amy Crist (Ron), Beth Nechanicky (Mike Hahn) and Christine Miller (Justin); his brother Randy Lammers (Sue); and his grandchildren, Mitchell Richlen (Savannah), Riley Nechanicky, Abbey Nechanicky of Madison Miller, A. J and Mason Miller.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schroder Mortuary - Silvis (701 1st Ave, Silvis, IL 61282). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Wes's memory to the worthy causes of the U.S. Navy Seabee Foundation or Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
